How Cheap Can Anti Gravity Be Made

How about 3mm wide saucer like craft made of a small amount of carbon, it was a wonderful example of what i think could be recreated. But it's going to take very likely a bit of DC at some Hertz like 432Hz or some useful shape/backbone to bunch the carbon together but what to use as a binder to hold the structure while drying solid. Likely some Tesla radient energy to charge it without current when dry to see if it will hold the charge and thus float as what i was lucky enough to witness.
