I'm not sure regarding the exact timing, but a third world war is expected to be set into motion in order to cull the population and introduce new technologies to the public. This will be complimentary to NHI disclosure and the introduction of a new global transhumanist "religion"; essentially 'New Age' spirituality. After this period (around 2030-2033), humanity will be heavily dependant on AGI and AI-based technologies. This new period will seem utopian compared to the previous system, but the cost will be everyone's privacy. Everything will be transparent due to everyone being linked to an AI-based social credit system, and you won't be able to participate in society without a Digital ID linked to said social credit system.
