Something just north of Cincinnati

This is embarrassingly bad footage, so let me apologize up front. I zoomed in as far as my phone could go. Taken at 6:10p Tues 4/21 in Kenwood Ohio, looking toward the Town Center. What shows up as a dark speck and rarely a white speck in this footage was receding north from where I was. It was bright enough to be a silvery plane but the way the sun was hitting it the surface wasn’t keeping still/solid. As it was overhead, it was about the height of the personal jets that fly in the area (Lunken Air Field and CVG are both within 20 miles). It seemed like it was rolling through the air, and it did appear to rise and fall somewhat on its way north. Almost like a big piece of silver foil or mylar but much bigger than a birthday balloon. My slow a$$ didn’t grab my phone in time to get good footage. Because of course. In person, it was brighter than what shows on the footage here. Dirty lens? Idk. I guess just sharing in case anyone else sees or hears anything. Any ideas other than “start filming sooner and clean your lens”?
